Rules & Guidelines
Participation Guidelines
- Open to students from Grades 5 to 12
- One entry per category from each school
- Instruments to be brought by participants
Time Limit
- Solo Vocal: 4+1 minutes for prep
- Instrumental: 4+1 minutes for prep
- Band Performance: 8+2 minutes for prep
General Rules
- Delegates must report to the registrations desk by 8:00 AM. Punctuality is expected.
- Only completed and submitted registration forms will be considered for participation.
- All participants are required to carry their IDs/badges and must be dressed in their school uniform.

- Any changes in the names of participants must be informed to the school prior to the event.
- Participants can only be accompanied by their school teachers. Teachers need to carry their respective school ID cards.
- The school authorities reserve the right to refuse entry to persons not authorised by the school.
- Timings must be strictly adhered to.
- NPS Marathahalli will not be responsible for the loss of any equipment, instrument or personal belongings brought by participants.
- Participants will be judged and timed from the moment their names are announced to perform.
- Participants will be judged based on presentation and skill, with consideration given to song/track selection, complexity of the piece, etc.
- Each school can only send one participant for each category. The same participant cannot register for more than one event.
- Selection of songs must be school appropriate. Song cannot have inappropriate lyrics or innuendos.

Important Notes

- Certificates & memorabilia will be given to all participants.
